Fifteen Married Years!

Fifteen Years! Maybe the design gives it away! Why not start the day with specialized, made to order pancakes! Well it began with lots of celebrating.
God is gracious and God is good! We have been together more than fifteen! We met when we were eighteen, married at twenty-four and continue to enjoy blissful moments given as a gift!
Today I celebrate you my love. You have given me all of you and that is all I need!

Thank you for loving me, leading me and simply allowing us to be who God has created us to be daily.
Happy Anniversary!!!

Little Keepers at home

It all begins with this day! I am on a wedding blitz!! Funny thing is I did not plan these pics around our anniversary. The previous post was Sara finding the veil, these pics are Samantha doing the same thing. Actually before Sara did!

The theme of Little Keepers at Home is all about Godly Girlhood. Together Samantha and I are walking through the book and enjoying our moments! The first part is Bible Memory. To make it easy we are making up tunes to go with the verses and that works wonders.

I am blessed by this book and it is drawing us closer to one another and to God. So glad I spent the $7.95! Love these little finds...

Something old

She found the veil, an old veil! This veil is bits and pieces of my sisters! I used something from Paula and something from Charmaine. Sara loves my closet because it has dress up clothes, my clothes!

Veil on head.

Adorned with lace and imagination.

Her moment transformed.

A world away playing in the notion of wedding bliss. She devours the theme of marriage and love. For me this poses the unique challenge of modelling a marriage that is Christ centred. What is my role, how do I  demostrate Proverbs 31, Titus 2 and all that the Bible deliberately lays out for me.
I can only do this with Christ's strength and I determine to allow Christ to work through me and all my weaknesses. There are days that fail miserably and she knows. Forgiveness and grace abound from her!

Fifteen years ago I looked upon that veil in anticipation of wearing it for the first time as Mrs. Macgregor. I celebrate this month a memory of marriage and love. Wow, fifteen years!!
Glad she found the veil, great timing!

Marrige is such a gift and I am thankful that God allowed me to expereince it in this lifetime! I love you babe....
