Turning...

Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High will rest in
the shadow of the almighty.
(Psalm 91:1)

Weeping may stay for the night, but rejoicing comes in the morning.
(Psalm 30:5)

Be still and know that I am God...
                                                            (Psalm 46:10)

He will turn the hearts of parents to their children, and the hearts of the children to their parents.... Malachi 4:6

When a child is injured and activity comes to a stand still there is much time for turning to many different things. My prayer is that in the time my son will look to the one who created him, that loves him even more than me (and his dad!) and listen and turn his heart toward Him. These are trying days but God has him in His mighty hand. Broken ankles will heal, during this new normal our prayer is that the inner man will be strengthened too.
We love you Chris and pray healing.... you are in His hands....

Ahem.... what are those reasons God allows us to come to a standstill again? I often find the purpose is so important!
